Where the Crawdads Sing (Original Motion Picture Soundtrack) (בעברית: שירת סרטני הנהר (פסקול הסרט המקורי)) הוא פסקול סרט הדרמה האמריקאי "שירת סרטני הנהר" (2022), שהולחן על ידי המלחין הקנדי מייקל דנה.[1] הפסקול יצא לאור ב-15 ביולי 2022, על ידי חברת התקליטים קולומביה רקורדס.[1]
Where the Crawdads Sing הוא הפסקול הרשמי של סרט הדרמה "שירת סרטני הנהר" (2022), שיצא לאקרנים בסמוך לצאתו.[1]
רקע והלחנה
ב-25 ביוני 2022 הוציאה הזמרת-יוצרת האמריקאית טיילור סוויפט את שיר הנושא מתוך הפסקול, "Carolina".[2] הוא נכתב אך ורק על ידי סוויפט והופק על ידי ארון דסנר, עימו שיתפה פעולה באלבומי האולפן שלה משנת 2020 Folklore ו-Evermore.[3] לדברי ריס וית'רספון, סוויפט כתבה את השיר תוך כדי עבודה על Folklore אך לא חשפה כי כתבה את "Carolina" עד לאחר שסיימה את השיר. סוויפט הצהירה באינסטגרם שהיא נהנית מהרומן המקורי של אוונס, וברגע ששמעה שעיבוד קולנועי "בשלבי צילומים", היא רצתה להיות חלק מהפסקול שלו. היא אמרה שהיא רצתה ליצור שיר "רודף" ו"שמימי" שלוכד את הסיפור ה"מהפנט" של הרומן.[4][5]
