In Isolation (בעברית: בבידוד) הוא המיני-אלבום השני של הזמרת-יוצרת האמריקאית אל קינג.[1] המיני-אלבום יצא לאור ב-10 ביולי 2020, על ידי חברת התקליטים RCA רקורדס.[1] את המיני-אלבום הוציאה קינג שנתיים לאחר צאת אלבום האולפן שלה, Shake the Spirit.[2][3]
עבור השיר "The Let Go" שפותח את המיני-אלבום, צולם וידאו קליפ מלא שיצא בסמוך לצאת המיני-אלבום עצמו.[4]
רקע והפקה
במהלך שנת 2018 הוציאה קינג את Shake the Spirit, אך לאחר מכן חדלה מלהוציא אלבומים.[2][3] בהמשך, בעקבות מגפת הקורונה שהתקיימה בשנת 2019 ובשנת 2020, הקליטה קינג בזמן הבידוד את המיני-אלבום הזה, תוך שהשם שלו In Isolation (בעברית: "בבידוד"), נגזר מהבידוד בו הייתה באותה התקופה.[5][6][7]
השירים במיני-אלבום נכתבו על ידי ג'סיקה מארוס, מדי דיאז ניק לונג ורובופופ והוא עצמו הופק על ידי רובופופ גם כן.[8][9][10][11]
