נועם (נֹעַם) הוא מושב עובדים ציוני דתי השוכן בחבל לכיש, שהוקם בשנת 1955 על ידי הפועל המזרחי. המתיישבים הראשונים היו עולים ממרוקו. המושב שוכן סמוך לקריית גת והוא נמצא בתחום מועצה אזורית שפיר. ענפי גידול עיקריים: גידולי שדה, תרנגולי הודו, פרחים וגידולי פלחה.
במושב מתגוררות כמאה משפחות.
