הר חלוץ

הַר חָלוּץ, ובשמו הרשמי חָלוּץ, הוא יישוב קהילתי בגליל העליון, בתחומי המועצה האזורית משגב. היישוב מצוי צפונית לכרמיאל ודרומית למעלות תרשיחא, מעל בקעת בית הכרם, בגובה 752 מ' מעל פני הים על גבעות המכוסות חורש טבעי. היישוב מצוי מרחק נסיעה קצר מהערים כרמיאל ומעלות.

תולדות היישוב

היישוב נוסד באוקטובר 1985 על ידי גרעין עולים מארצות הברית בהובלתו של חיים שרת בנו של משה שרת, בתמיכת התנועה הרפורמית והסוכנות היהודית. היישוב נועד להיות קהילה בעלת תפיסת עולם פלורליסטית.

שמו הראשוני של היישוב היה הר חלוץ, עברות של השם הערבי של ההר הסמוך - ג'בל אל-חאלצ'ה. שמו הרשמי נקבע כחלוץ.

תרבות

בהר חלוץ פעילות חברתית ותרבותית מגוונת לכלל הקהילה, פעילויות והרצאות למבוגרים, מסיבות ואירועים משותפים בחגים. חברי היישוב נוהגים לחגוג את רוב החגים יחדיו. לעיתים נערכים אירועים ומסיבות בארגון ועדת תרבות או ביוזמה פרטית במועדון היישוב.

ביישוב קיימת פעילות ברוח התנועה הרפורמית הכוללת קבלת שבת, תפילות וחוגי לימוד. בנוסף, ביישוב פועלת תנועת הנוער העובד והלומד ומערבת את ילדי השכבות: ד' – יב'.

עסקים

ביישוב פועלים בעיקר עסקים קטנים ופרטיים כגון: סדנאות לחמי מחמצת ייחודיות, בר, עיצוב פנים ועוד. עסקים אלה פועלים בבתים הפרטיים של התושבים או במבנים ציבוריים בתוך היישוב. בנוסף, קיימות גם מספר בקתות נופש בסגנון סקנדינבי.
