בית הסוהר סהרונים נמצא בחולות חלוצה אשר בנגב ומשמש לכליאתם של מסתננים מאפריקה לישראל דרך גבול ישראל-מצרים. בית הסוהר החל לפעול ביולי 2007.

בבית הסוהר שני מתחמים: מתחם א' שבו 5 אגפי כליאה המכילים 200 מקומות כליאה באוהלים, ומתחם ב' שבו שני אגפי כליאה, כל אחד מהם מכיל 500 מקומות כליאה בקרוונים. הכלואים בבית הסוהר הם מאריתריאה, סודאן, אתיופיה, חוף השנהב ומעטים ממדינות אחרות.

כליאת המסתננים היא בהתאם לחוק למניעת הסתננות (עבירות ושיפוט). בבית הסוהר פועל בית דין לביקורת משמורת.

בסמוך לבית הסוהר סהרונים נמצאים גם בית הסוהר קציעות ומתקן חולות.
